These brackets are the most common and the most cost-effective solution to solving low headroom problems when installing an automatic garage door opener. They can be used at initial installation or can be easily added to existiong installations. When properly installed, the Rapid Flex Bracket will lower the headroom requirements of the door from 1-1/2" to 2-1/2".

This item can be used at initial installation or can be very easily added to existing installations. The O & E Bracket is to be used with residential installations only, and is installed by removing the top fixture and attaching the O & E Bracket in it's place. This Low Headroom device is designed to operate an extension spring door in a minimum of 7" of headroom. When using this bracket it may be necessary to cut and remove a portion of the vertical track before installation to achieve full headroom clearance.
