Return Policy
- First and foremost... We ask that you please understand, and are sure of the Product(s) that you are ordering.
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- All returns MUST have a return authorization number. Returns will NOT be accepted without a return authorization number (RAN). Obtain RAN here
- Return Authorizations expire 30 days from the issue date.
- A record or invoice of the purchase is required.
- Items discontinued by garagedoorpartsllc.com and or its manufacturers are not returnable and no credit will be issued.
- Electronic Product(s) are not returnable or exhangeable.
- Torsion springs are custom made to your specifications, are considered "special order" and are not returnable or exhangeable.
- Extension springs that are made to your specifications are considered "special order" and are not returnable or exhangeable.
- Bottomseals are cut to order, are considered "special order" and are not returnable or exhangeable.
- You may return or exchange products within 30 days from date of purchase, less shipping and handling.
- Returns or exchanges sent back after 30 days from the original Post Mark date will automatically be shipped back to the Purchaser(s) at their expense... regardless of the reason.
- Product(s) must be returned in a unused condition or in a condition
that is returnable to the manufacturer.
- Product(s) need to be returned or exchanged in the original factory
box(es) or container(s), with all parts and fasteners, packing materials and
instructions.
- Product(s) must not have been damaged during installation.
- We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for Product(s) that are sent back in
a non-sellable or non-returnable condition. If such an event takes place, we
will ship such Product(s) back to the Purchaser(s) at their expense or dispose of
returned merchandise if Purchaser(s) refuse to pay return shipping.
- When Product(s) are sent back for return or exchange...The Purchaser(s)
will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. The Purchaser(s) will be
responsible for the full original purchase price, if Product(s) are lost
during return shipping.
- Product(s) must be shipped back to us for exchange before we ship out new
merchandise ( No cross shipping ). We will reimburse return shipping costs if we are responsible for damages or errors.
- If Purchaser(s) orders wrong item Purchaser(s) will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- These Terms and Conditions will still apply in the event of
incompatibility issues with Purchaser(s) own existing equipment.
- These Terms and Conditions will especially apply to Purchaser(s) placing
orders for Product(s) from us, with the intention of troubleshooting a problem
with Purchaser(s) own existing equipment.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders placed on this
site.
- Non-compliance with the Sales Terms and Conditions as set above, will
result in automatic return to the Purchaser(s) at their expense.
- We will honor refunds, returns and exchanges... provided that the terms
and conditions are honored in a timely manner as set above.
