Installation
Keypad:
Two concealed #4 x 3/4" screws. Outside keypad is wired to
inside control box with modular telephone cable and connector.
Control Box:
Two #4 x 3/4" screws. Two low voltage wires required to
connect from control box to wall push button or terminals on opener.
Programming:

At control box, slide program switch "ON"

At keypad, press "Enter," "your code" (up to six digits),
and "Enter."

At control box, slide program switch
"OFF."
